I charge $125 for a 50-minute individual session and $150 for a couples session.  Fees are payable via cash, check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).  I also offer a limited number of slots on a sliding scale basis.  I review my fees annually and increase them as appropriate.  I will give you generous advance notice of any fee increases.

I am not directly affiliated with any insurance providers, but most plans will cover my services at the out-of-network rate.  Fees are payable at the beginning or end of each session, and I will provide you with a monthly statement which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.  Under specialized circumstances, I will bill your insurance company directly as an out-of-network provider. Please check with your plan to determine whether they cover outpatient mental health services, and whether preauthorization for services is required. 

I also see Medi-Cal clients under the Health Plan of San Mateo.  If you are a member, and you qualify for Medi-Cal Services, call 1-800-686-0101 to request authorization to meet directly with me.
