Take Hwy. 101 to the 3rd Avenue West exit.  Follow 3rd Avenue across Delaware, and turn right at the next street, which is Claremont.  The office is two blocks down, located on the right hand corner (blue building with maroon canopies, with a sign that says “The Andrews Building”). Entrance is on First Avenue. Office is on second floor, with stairway access only.
